There was a lot of uncertainty in 2020, and we’re not exactly sure yet where 2021 will take us. 

Reset for 2021 is a way to take charge of where you want to go amidst the unknown. 

Please join me on a 4-week journey that will help develop your roadmap for 2021. Join me and a group of like-minded people to learn, grow, and thrive. A plan gives you confidence, peace of mind, and less stress.

What You Get

  • Four coach-guided sessions 
  • One-on-one, 45-minute session to help refine your vision, long term or short term goals (session must be completed by February 3, 2021)
  • An intimate group of supportive people who also want to build an action plan for 2021
  • Weekly preparation worksheets/handouts 
  • Mid-year momentum check-in

Structure

  • Group will assemble via Zoom video conference
  • Participants will be diverse 
  •  Includes email support between sessions
  • 75 minutes each session
  • Sessions are weekly for 4 weeks in a row
  • Reset Check-In Session will be 90 minutes, zoom format

Week One: Vision

Your vision is a compelling statement of who you are and what health-promoting, life-giving behaviors you want to do consistently. What’s possible?  In what ways do you want to thrive?

Week Two: Long Term Goals

Your vision drives your long term goals. Long Term Goals are a way to move forward in a way that‘s not overwhelming. We will connect your motivation with what is important to you now.

Week Three: Short Term Goals

Let’s develop steps to move forward. We’ll create actions and behaviors that will enable you to prioritize and reach your goals.

Week Four: Tracking & Celebrations

Let’s keep the momentum going. How will we celebrate when we achieve our goals?
